Keith R. Graves, CCIM has over 33 years’ experience in South Florida’s CRE market and has successfully completed transactions and assignments both in South Florida and throughout the State of Florida. Having worked at several large national firms over the course of his career and practicing at Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International (BCR) since 2005, his partnership with John Forman, Jonathan Thiel, and Daniel Forman was developed by years of partnering on various projects and assignments while at BCR, resulting in a cohesive team dedicated to client success. John Forman, Jonathan Thiel, and Daniel Forman are all native South Floridians and bring a high degree of local knowledge/network, transactional acumen, energy, and technical expertise to the team.
Keith R. Graves specializes in providing strategic commercial and industrial real estate services including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analyses, financial analyses, transaction structuring, REO and foreclosure services, and long-term strategic planning. Through his knowledge and experience he is able to create value added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process, from identifying specific client needs, to analyzing markets, lease/sale negotiations, as well as post-closing services. Mr. Graves’ client base includes institutional clients, high net worth individuals, local entrepreneurs, and private equity funds.
